In the apartment you will find:

- Dining / living room with table for eight people, comfortable sofa, armchairs, fireplace and cable TV with over 100 channels.

- Suite with king-size bed, television, armchair and desk.

- Suite with two single beds and two pull out beds.

- Bedroom with double bed and armchair.

- Bathroom with bathtub.

- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and blender.

The entire apartment has Wi-Fi high speed internet connection and all rooms have air conditioning / heating.

This neighborhood was dubbed Príncipe Real in honor of D. Pedro V, son of Dona Maria II and is located to the north of the bohemian Bairro Alto.

The Príncipe Real has become a hipster area of the city thanks to the several design shops that have emerged recently, attracting an increasingly younger population. However, it keeps intact its essentially residential charm with beautiful gardens, two of the city's greatest squares (Príncipe Real and Flores) and palaces. Its charm makes it one of the most exclusive neighborhoods and sought after to live, leading to several old buildings have been recovered.

Contrasting with the age of the buildings and the pieces exhibited in the antiquaries of the zone, the Príncipe Real presents a new vitality, becoming more and more cosmopolitan.
